School starts at 8.45am.
Children should not be on the school grounds unsupervised before 8.40am.
Lessons start promptly at 9.00am.
If your child arrives after 9.00am please bring them to the school office and sign them with Mrs Parry or Mrs Elliott. Your child must then go quickly to their class.
The school day finishes at 3:20pm when the children will get ready for home. They will be out promptly after then.
* Everyone must follow guidance on self-isolation and quarantine. This will not count against children's attendance.
If your child is unwell, please call the school office at the earliest possible convenience (0117 3772 196). If the office is not yet open, please leave a message on the answerphone and we'll record your child's absence on the system.
Routine appointments should always be made outside school hours. If your child has an appointment during school hours please be prepared to provide evidence of the appointment, this could be the text, appointment card, letter or prescription.
If you need to take your child out of school for any reason during term time an 'Absence Request' form must be completed and handed in to the office no later than 10 days before the planned absence.
In line with government guidance, holidays cannot be authorised. Absence during term time can only be authorised by governors, and only under exceptional circumstances.

Allergies, Intolerance and Texture Modified Diet
Endeavour Academy believes in treating all pupils equally whatever their diet, catering for all pupils with allergies, intolerances and special dietary requirements, so they can to enjoy suitable school meals with their friends.
If a child has an allergy or intolerance, or requires a texture modified diet, the parent/guardian is able to request an 'Allergies, Intolerance and Texture Modified Diet Referral Form' from their school front office or can be downloaded below. This form must be supported by appropriate medical referral from a regulated healthcare professional and returned to the Endeavour Central Catering Team, via the school front office.
For safety, a pupil will not be provided with a school meal until the parent/guardian and the school kitchen have received the relevant information from the Endeavour Central Catering Team. This can take up to 4 weeks for creating bespoke menus.
Please note: Endeavour Academy Trust do not require a form for religious/cultural preferences, these can be catered for by the school; please speak to the school front office.
Our Allergies and Intolerances process does not cater for likes and dislikes.
We provide a Breakfast Club, every day, from 08.00 to 08.45.
Our Breakfast Club offer is £2.10 per day, booked and paid in advance through the School Office. All children receive a drink, a piece of fruit, toast or cereal. Children are also free to bring their own breakfast and eat it on site. After breakfast, a variety of games and activities take place before the children are brought to their classes by school staff.
